The farm has three cottages that have been restored and provide modern facilities to the guests. Each cottage consists of a bedroom having one double bed and one single bed, a bathroom that has a shower and toilet, a kitchen equipped with essential appliances including an electric oven, refrigerator and microwave and a lounge area having a television with DVD and a fireplace that uses gas for fuel.
A patio come garden is attached to each cottage, and furniture for sitting and dining. Parking at the property is not an issue with ample space at hand. For those who are interested in golf, Maryport Golf Club provides the opportunity to tee off. A shopping hub by the name of Dunmail Park is also present in the town.
